Author Michael LeBoeuf once wrote that the greatest asset of any business is its customers because without them, there is no business.
Indeed, it’s difficult to argue with this sentiment. Customers are all that counts when conducting business so the need to be flexible and adaptable to their requirements is paramount. And it’s for this very reason that Lingo24 has been shortlisted for the Real Business Customer Kings Award, 2010.
Results should be released in March and Lingo24 is up against some very good opposition, but we’re delighted that all our hard work in terms of developing a customer service charter, client-focused service levels, investing in technology and native-speaking Account Managers, has received this level of recognition.
